Chocolate Salami

Time to get your sweet tooth on! The salami roll of chocolate. An anytime treat that goes down better than saliva. Boom! 

What you need:
  • 30ml (2 tbsp) Softened Butter
  • 200g Icing Sugar
  • 100g Cocoa Powder
  • 100g Milo Powder
  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 200g Crushed Marie Biscuits
  • 100g Mini Marshmallows ( i didn't have any, so i just cut up regular marshmallows)
  • 100g Pistachio Nuts, chopped (optional)
 
How to make it:

  • In a large bowl combine butter, sugar, eggs, cocoa and Milo and beat lightly.
  • Fold in the Marie biscuits, then the marshmallows and lastly the pistachios, keep some pistachios for decorating.
  • If the mixture is too soft place it in the refrigerator for a while until it is stiff enough to shape.
  • Place the mixture on a piece of wax paper sprinkled with the left over pistachios and roll into shape. ( you can do either a salami or log shape.)
  • Roll tightly into plastic wrap and refrigerate until hard or just before serving.
  • slice into pieces and serve.
