What you need:
- 30ml (2 tbsp) Softened Butter
- 200g Icing Sugar
- 100g Cocoa Powder
- 100g Milo Powder
- 2 Large Eggs
- 200g Crushed Marie Biscuits
- 100g Mini Marshmallows ( i didn't have any, so i just cut up regular marshmallows)
- 100g Pistachio Nuts, chopped (optional)
- In a large bowl combine butter, sugar, eggs, cocoa and Milo and beat lightly.
- Fold in the Marie biscuits, then the marshmallows and lastly the pistachios, keep some pistachios for decorating.
- If the mixture is too soft place it in the refrigerator for a while until it is stiff enough to shape.
- Place the mixture on a piece of wax paper sprinkled with the left over pistachios and roll into shape. ( you can do either a salami or log shape.)
- Roll tightly into plastic wrap and refrigerate until hard or just before serving.
- slice into pieces and serve.
